Abstract

Dimethylammonium chlorochromate adsorbed on silica gel (DMCC/SiO2) makes the regeneration of carbonyl compounds from oximes, semicarbazones, 4-phenyl-semicarbazones, and p-nitrophenylhydrazones in good yields under mild and non-aqueous conditions.
