Convenient One-Step Synthesis of cis-2,4,5-Triarylimidazolines from Aromatic Aldehydes with Urea

Abstract

A simple and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of cis-2,4,5-triarylimidazolines based on a one-step procedure of aldehydes and urea in the presence of cesium carbonate.
