Nickel-catalyzed regioselective access to dibenzo[c,f]oxocine framework via reductive Heck reaction

ABSTRACT

Nickel-catalyzed regioselective construction of dibenzo[c,f]oxocine framework with tri-substituted exo-cyclic alkenes have been obtained through an efficient implementation of reductive-Heck protocol. This cost effective, efficient methodology has been demonstrated for the synthesis of various dibenzo[c,f]oxocine derivatives with moderate to good yields.
