Synthesis and biological activities of novel pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazin-1(2H)-one derivatives

Abstract

A series of compounds, in which a novel 6-(4-aminophenyl)pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazin-1(2H)-one derivatives were synthesized and tested for their antimicrobial and antifungal activities. Among all synthesized compounds, compound 7a showed remarkable antimicrobial activity with overall target micro-organisms and compounds 7g and 7l displayed significant inhibitory activity against Escherichia coli (Ec) and Scedosporium (Sc) respectively.
