Synthesis Of Asymmetric S, S, S-Trialkyl Phosphorotrithioates

Abstract

Recently we described the new synthesis of S-alkyl phosphorothioates from the corresponding phosphoroanilidates and established the stereochemistry of cleavage of P-N bond in P-chiral anilidates ¹. We also demonstrated that P-N→P-S conversion can be succesfully applied to the synthesis of P-enantiomeric 3′-thymidine O-o-chlorophenyl phosphorothioates ².
