Metallation Induced Rearrangement of Triarylphosphates to Tris (2-Hydroxyaryl) Phosphine Oxides

Abstract

A novel one step conversion of triaryl phosphates to tris (2-hydroxyaryl) phosphine oxides involving a metallation induced triple migration of phosphorus from O°C is reported.
