A Convenient Synthesis of 5-Substituted 1 -[1 -(Diethoxyphosphoryl)alkyl]-1 H-1, 2, 3-triazoles

Abstract

5-Substituted 1-[1(diethoxyphosphoryl)alkyl]-1H-1, 2, 3-triazoles were prepared in good yields (61-83%) via thermal 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition of diethyl 1-azidoalkylphosphonates and 2-oxoalkylidene triphenylphosphoranes.
