Administrative deterrents to guidance program development

Abstract

In discussing administrative deterrents, the authors suggest positive steps that administrators can take to promote the development of effective guidance programs in the schools. Mr. Shertzer is associate professor of education and Mr. Stone, assistant professor of education, at Purdue University.
