The complete testing program

Abstract

The school testing program is discussed in terms that stress (1) its usefulness to the teacher in helping children learn and (2) its function in determining individual differences for guidance purposes. The author is coordinator of educational research at the University of Georgia. From 1956 to 1961, he directed a city‐wide testing program in Atlanta.
