Some Inverse Problems for Reactor Point Kinetics

Abstract

Methods of the simultaneous and consistent determination of reactivity and other coefficients of nuclear reactor point kinetics equations are considered. Coefficients obtained by these methods are the best for this reactor from the standpoint of the least squares method. In order to find the coefficients by these methods it is sufficient to know only measured neutrons flux as a function of time. No other information (reactor characteristics, concentration of nuclei, nuclear data of nuclides, etc.) is required.
