ABSTRACT
The paper presents the study of natural frequencies and mode shapes for a 175/70 R 13 tyre. The investigations are led in analytical and experimental directions. A finite element model is especially created for modal analysis and it takes account of tyre structure, constituent anisotropy and non-linear properties of materials. Test were effected in different spindle and patch boundary conditions and for two inflation pressure values.
