Toxicological studies were made on dogs treated with various dieldrin and aldrin formulations under controlled experimental conditions. The purpose was to obtain clinical and analytical data from animals subjected to a variety of exposure conditions not necessarily fatal in effect. The diagnosis of poisoning by these insecticides is discussed in the light of the results obtained.
