Madam: — In response to letters from Dr Piper and Dr Absolon-Manson on this topic, occasioned by Council's announcement of an amendment to the Guide to Professional Conduct. Both correspondents fail to properly grasp the application and purpose of the amendment, and perpetuate errors of fact despite private correspondence on the topic.
