We would like to report some findings regarding the immunological relationship between the New Zealand A and the Australian T strains of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), using the cross-immunisation test in tracheal organ cultures from immunised birds rather than the conventional cross-neutralisation test. The findings are part of a paper given at the 2nd International Symposium on Infectious Bronchitis at Rauischholzhausen (1).
