Peter Hilton
Peter Hilton holds the D. Phil. degree of Oxford University and the Ph.D. degree of Cambridge University. He is now the Louis D. Beaumont University Professor at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, and Visiting Scientist of the Battelle Research Center, Seattle. He was First Vice-President of the Mathematical Association of America, 1978–79. He is the author of several books and numerous research articles, his special fields of interest being algebraic topology, homological algebra and mathematics education.
