Abstract
Strabismus is an infrequent problem following intraocular and orbital surgery. However, when these patients present with persistent diplopia further management is necessary. The purpose of this paper is to present the nonsurgical management of secondary strabismus. Patients include those in whom clearing of the ocular media resulted in diplopia and those in whom strabismus resulted from the surgical procedure. The procedures include cataract extraction, corneal transplant, vitrectomy, retinal detachment, and orbitotomy.
