What's the Difference? Krimsky vs Alternate Cover Testing

Abstract

Thirty patients with manifest deviations of 15 prism diopters or greater, were measured at near by both the Krimsky prism-reflex test, and prism and alternate cover test. The Krimsky measurements were consistently smaller than the prism and alternate cover measurements. The possible reasons for this difference as well as its implications are discussed.
