Abstract

Adult patients with diplopia present a difficult management problem. The four main non-surgical approaches to treatment are discussed: patient compensation, diminishing an image's intensity with patching or Bangerter Occlusion, prisms and Botox® injection. Each method is described in detail with their advantages and disadvantages.
