Abstract

After Dr. Pankhurst's articles in Azania XV and XVI on imported textiles used in Ethiopian manuscript bindings from the sixteenth to the eighteenth century, we are now pleased to have this account of the illustrations contained in some of those manuscripts in the British Library.
