RIASSUNTO
In questa nota gli autori descrivono alcune stazioni a Quercus frainetto Ten. delle vicinanze di Montecastrilli (Terni, Umbria).
La specie, che risulta nuova per la flora umbra, costituisce l'elemento dominante in popolamenti di una certa estensione, ed è prevalentemente associata a Quercus cerris L.
La segnalazione contribuisce all'ampliamento verso Nord dell'areale italiano della specie, confermando analoghe segnalazioni in Toscana.
SUMMARY
The authors describe some disjuncted stations of Querem frainetto Tenon the surrounding district of Montecastrilli (Terni, Umbria).
This species which up to now has not been included in the Umbrian Flora, forms quite large clumps, mainly associated with Quercus cerris L.
This finding, together with other findings in Tuscany (see ARRIGONI in this issue), contributes to extend northwards the distribution range of Quercus frainetto Ten. in Italy.
