(Hon. Associate in Conchology)

SUMMARY

For the first time, eolids are reported from Lord Howe Island in the Tasman Sea. One new genus, Pleurolidia, and two new species, P. juliae and Learthis howensis, are described. Pleurolidia is also recorded from Queensland. The records of Cerberilla longicirrha Bergh and Cerberilla affinis Bergh are the first since the original descriptions. Fiona pinnata (Eschscholtz) is a common pelagic species.
