Correction and Prevention of Bicycle Saddle Problems

In brief

The bicycle is a commonly used exercise modality, and a number of injuries occur with its use. Among the problems associated with the saddle are rashes, boils, granulomas, urethritis, and ischemic neuropathy of the penis. Prevention of these maladies can be accomplished through proper hygiene, cycling clothing, bicycle size, and saddle position.
