Parachuting: High Risk in Free-Flying Sport

Abstract

Highly maneuverable parachutes and lighter equipment have increased the popularity of parachuting. Most injuries are to the lower extremity and are caused by high-speed landings, poor technique, and incorrect foot position on impact.
