Managing Fibromyalgia With Exercise

Abstract

Although its cause remains obscure and no laboratory test confirms its diagnosis, fibromyalgia is a well-defined condition, more common than rheumatoid arthritis. Exercise is an essential component of treatment, helping patients cope with this painful disease.
