An error was made in an author affiliation in the article “Rings Over Which Flat Covers of Finitely Generated Modules are Projective,” by A. Amini, M. Ershad, and H. Sharif.
On page 2867, in the first line of Lemma 3.9, the text “Let (R, m) be a commutative local Noetherian ring.” should be “Let (R, m) be a commutative complete local Noetherian ring.”
