The main result of this paper is a determination of the suborbits of primitive permutation representations of PSL(3, p) relative to a maximal subgroup PGL(2, p), where p ≡ 13(mod 24). As an application, a new family of -transitive graphs and semisymmetric graphs are obtained, respectively.
