Abstract

We consider local rings (B_o.n_o) all of whose deformations are tangentially flat when endowed with suitably constructed nitrations. Various examples of such singu-larities are constructed and applications to Lech-Hironaka type inequalities between the Hilbert functions of base and total space are discussed.
