Abstract
A proper regular action of the additive group of complex numbers on complex affine space is known to be locally trivial if the coordinate ring of affine space is a flat extension of the ring of G a invariants. Conditions under which a separated action is locally trivial are examined (Section 2) and an algorithm to determine the local triviality of any given action is presented (Section 3).
