Abstract
VOL2H2O, HOCrL2, MnL22H2O, FeL2H2O, CoL2H2O, NiL21/2H2O, CuL21/2H2O, ZnL2H2O, HOZnL, HOSnL3, TlL, Me2 TlL and Et2 TlL (LH: picrolonic acid) were prepared and characterized through analytical, I.R., and magnetic susceptibility data. The compounds are insoluble in common solvents except dimethylsulphoxide where solvation takes place, according to conductivity data and electronic or proton nmr spectra. Some of the compounds are remarkably stable thermally.
