Abstract
Reactions of [(χ5-C5H5)RuCl(SbPh3)2] with the ligands of the type RCSNHCOR' (R = 4-tolyl, 2-pyrrolyl, 2-thienyl and R' = OC2H5, NHPh) and 2-thiopyrrole-1,2-decarboximide lead to the formation of diamagnetic compounds of the formula [(χ5-C5H5)RuCl(SbPh3)-(LH)]. 1/2CH2Cl2. These compounds were characterized by analytical, magnetic conductivity and spectroscopic (uv-vis, ir and proton nmr) data. A quasi-octahedral geometry is proposed for the complexes.
