Mixed metal sulfite hydrazinate hydrates with iron MFe2(SO)3. 6N2H4. 2H2O have been synthesized, where M = Mg, Mn, Co, Ni and Zn. These complexes are characterized by chemical analyses and infrared spectra. The thermoanalytical properties of these complexes have been investigated using TG and DTA. The complexes decompose at lower temperatures than the corresponding complexes with a single metal. The decomposition behaviour was autocatalytic.
