ABSTRACT

Sparingly soluble and thermally stable adducts between exopolydentate tris(1-pyrazolyl)methane (Z) and Hg(II), Hg(I), or Ag(I) compounds were prepared and characterized through analyses, conductivity and spectral data (IR, 1H and 13C NMR): (Z)3(HgCl2)5, (Z)(HgCl2)2, (Z)2(HgBr2)3, (Z)(HgClO4) (Z)3[Hg(ClO4)2]2, (Z)3[Hg(O2CCF3)2]2, (Z)(AgNO3)2, (Z)(AgBF4), and (Z)2(AgClO4)3.0.5H2O.
