Abstract
Six new γ-N-[(halobenzylideneaminoethyl)aminoethyl]amino-propyl-2, 8, 9-trioxa-5-aza-1-silabicyclo [3, 3, 3] undecanes have been synthesized by improved synthetic procedures and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra. Tests of antitumor activity show that γ-N-[(m, p-dichlorobenzylideneaminoethyl)-aminoethyl]aminopropyl-2, 8, 9-trioxa-5-aza-1-silabicyclo [3, 3, 3] undecane exhibits remarkable biological activity against K562 oncotytes of erythroleukemia.
