On the Choice of Forum

Abstract

It is one thing to be gratified by the decision of a court. It is another and far less frequent experience to applaud the craftsmanship with which that decision was fashioned. Justice Hall's opinion in Mt. Laurel is that uncommon commodity, a blend of a socially meritorious result with a rationale that moves with style, clarity and logic from facts through the law to the remedy.
