Abstract

Editor's Note: The following panel discussion took place in December 1975 at the conference of the American Association of Law Schools in Washington, D.C., on the ALI Model Land Development Code, which had been adopted by the ALI in May 1975. The panel moderator was Daniel R. Mandelker, Professor of Law at Washington University Law School. Participants included: Fred P. Bosselman, partner, Ross, Hardies, O'Keefe, Babcock and Parsons, Chicago; Robert Einsweiler, AIP, Planning Consultant, University of Minnesota Planning faculty, Past President of AIP, and former Director of Planning for the Twin Cities Metropolitan Council; Martin Sloane, General Counsel, National Committee Against Discrimination in Housing, Washington, D.C.; and Timothy J. Hartzer, Assistant Professor, International School of Law, Washington, D.C., former Associate Director of the ABA Advisory Commission on Housing and Urban Growth.
