Editor's Note: The following panel discussion took place in December 1975 at the conference of the American Association of Law Schools in Washington, D.C., on the ALI Model Land Development Code, which had been adopted by the ALI in May 1975. The panel moderator was Daniel R. Mandelker, Professor of Law at Washington University Law School. Participants included: Fred P.
