Abstract
At the 1980 National Planning Conference in Cincinnati, a session on Planning for Litigation was held. Charles L. Siemon, an attorney with the Chicago law firm Ross, Hardies, O'Keefe, Babcock & Parsons, introduced the session and talked about how planners can lay the groundwork to avoid lawsuits. W. Anthony Wiles, President of Wiles-Pickard Associates of Reston, Virginia, discussed the role of the master plan and the use of expert witnesses and exhibits in litigation.
