A Planner's Guide to the Legal Literature on Planning

Pages 6-12 | Published online: 21 Jul 2011

Abstract

Some 12 years ago Professor Donald G. Hagman of the UCLA School of Law wrote a short piece for the now-defunct Land Use Controls Quarterly entitled Legal Literature on Land Use Planning and Controls: Some Suggestions for Spending Your Money. The article was designed to give attorneys an idea of what materials were available to assist them in their practice. This article follows that pattern, except that the target group this time will be planners.
