The Longest Running Show in Town

 

Abstract

While Hollywood is on the road to Rocky V and Friday the 13th VII, back east the Supreme Court is not lagging too far behind, having wrapped up Inverse Condemnation IV, MacDonald, Sommer, and Frates v. County of Yolo, 54 U.S.L.W. 4782, 106 S. Ct. 2561 (1986), 38 ZD 259, and moving on the very next day to Inverse Condemnation V, soon to appear as First English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Glendale v. County of Los Angeles, prob. juris. noted, 54 U.S.L.W.3859 (U.S. June 30, 1986) (No. 85–1199).
