KATHLEEN WOODRUFF WICKHAM is an associate professor at The University of Mississippi. She is completing a book about the reporters who covered the 1962 integration crisis at The University of Mississippi. Based on her research, the Society of Profesional Journalists named the campus a national historic site in journalism in honor of the reporters of 1962. She is also the author of The Role of the Clarion-Ledger in the Adoption of the 1982 Education Reform Act: Winning the Pulitzer Prize (Edwin Mellen Press), Math Tools for Journalists (Marion Street Press) and Perspectives: Online Journalism (Course Wise Publishing).
