An Environmental Course for an Undergraduate Business Program

Abstract

The complex set of interactions between the environment and business necessitates the inclusion of environmental issues in collegiate business programs. An effective course requires a logical framework to enhance the synthesis of the concepts and materials. In this article, the author describes the organization and content of an undergraduate course that enables students to observe a business from an environmental perspective and focus on the changes needed in all areas of business activity.
