Abstract
While the demand outlook for graduates can be unpromising in some time projections, specialization within broad fields can evolve new opportunities for career selection. Students must be able and willing to make personal and professional adjustments in the future arena of leisure service careers. Manpower data from a state survey are used here to throw light on the puzzling question of future supply and demand in leisure careers and its implications for professional preparation programs.
