Abstract

Experimental study on cavitation occurrence in organic liquids such as benzene, kerosene, and gasoline is conducted and the experimental results or the critical cavitation number are compared with the calculated values predicted from two-phase flow analogy. The prediction shows reasonable agreement with the experimental data.
