New Approaches in Lamp Testing

Abstract

Expanded horizons in the evaluation of incandescent lamps have been provided by new approaches, in which the roles of oxidation and other chemical factors are magnified. Weibull probability distribution analysis has been found to facilitate the generation of useful information and thus the full exploitation of these new approaches to lamp evaluation.
