Thinking about political thinking in the Philippines during the twentieth century

 

ABSTRACT

Political thinking is that essential process of reflecting on the collective human existence. One cannot analyze politics without thinking politically. One cannot think politically without also thinking about politics. Political thinking in the Philippines during the twentienth century is a series of conversations that reflect on the country's different political challenges - from its dysfunctional democracy to its weak and corrupt bureaucracy - and intended to liberate and transform society.
