Abstract

… the task facing us today is not so much of activating the information flow … as of raising the level … of the existing flow … our commitment is to realise the full potential of the flow of information … and to achieve our objective through maximum international cooperation. … We are also approaching a stage when, through international cooperation, we can examine other related issues, especially the qualitative aspects of flow of news.
