Godwin C. Chu
Dr Godwin Chu is currently Assistant Director of the Institute of Culture and Communication, East-West Center, Honolulu. He received his Ph.D in communication research from Stanford University, and has taught there as well as Chinese University of Hong Kong, Southern Illinois University, and University of Victoria.

Dr Victor Forsythe is Senior Lecturer and researcher at the Communication Studies and Research Centre, University of Guyana.
