Abstract
Emission spectra of distributed feedback laser (DFL) based on doped nematic with induced by optically active dopant (OAD) helical structure is studied. Generation in distributed feedback lasers (DFL) based on impurity nematics with induced helical srtucture is reported and optically active dopant (OAD) influence on the generation spectrum is studied. It is found that unlike DFL based on cholesterol derivatives there is amisfit between generation frequencies and the Bragg frequencies in the selective transmission (ST) spectra, attributed the presence of several sublattices in the induced helical structure due to its distortion.
