Abstract

The temperature dependence of polar phonon spectra of K(H_1−X D_X)₂ PO₄ single crystal with x = 0.9 for the electric field polarised parallel and perpendicular to the ferroelectric axis is reported between 7 and 300 K, in the para- and ferroelectric phase.
