Abstract

EPR investigations of KSc(MoO₄)₂ below the first phase transition are presented. It has been established that in the low temperature phase KSc(MoO₄)₂ exists in a simultaneously incommensurate and ferroelastic phase. It has also been shown that on lowering the temperature the incommensurate phase transition is followed by another first order transition.
