Abstract
The dielectric properties of [NH(CH3)3]2CoCl4, crystals were investigated in the temperature region 78–300K. The ferroelectric phase has been found in the temperature range 325–360 K. The value of spontaneous polarization is characteristic of ferroelectrics with hydrogen bonds. It has been shown that the phase transitions in the investigated crystals are shifted toward high temperatures compared with those observed in the well known [N(CH3)4]2MeCl4 crystals.
